This product is obtained from fresh tomatoes, which have been washed, cut, seasoned and dried; a flavour
typical of the Mediterranean region.

Stuffed Green Olives Basil Pesto
The Olives are imported from Greece or Spain. The green olives are already pitted, they are then washed, and then they are stuffed with the best quality. Blue Bird Products Basil Pesto and then seasoned with the Blue Bird Products spice mix. These olives are distinctively Mediterranean and an excellent appetizer. Imported Greek/Spanish pitted green olives, first grade Australian Blue Bird Products Basil pesto, canola oil, parsley, oregano, granulated garlic and red bellpepper flakes.

Grilled Eggplant
This product is obtained from fresh eggplant. The eggplant are washed, sliced, then grilled and seasoned. The tangy flavour is typical of the Mediterranean region. First grade Australian grown eggplant, canola oil, balsamic vinegar, raw salt, parsley, oregano and granulated garlic and bell pepper flakes.
